A Study Of The Talent Training Mode Based On The "Crossing Bridge" Linked Up By SVE & AUE In Changji University

The Talent Training Mode based on the "Crossing Bridge" Linked up by Secondary Vocational Education and Applied Undergraduate Education(SVE & AUE),is a crucial attempt to build modern vocational education system,cultivate high-quality technology-applied talents,and realize the sustainable development of secondary vocational students.This thesis tried to explore effective paths and current situation as the breakthrough point,and “the research problems – analysis of the situation –settle the problem” as the basic research ideas.It aims to provide certain references for the following broader theoretical research and to put forward the "Crossing Bridge" Linked up by SVE & AUE mode frames and pattern which played an important inspiration.The whole text is divided into six chapters,concrete structure is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly elaborated the research background and significant.The second chapter is the basic situation of the training mode.The third chapter is about the current situation and problems of the cultivation of the "Crossing Bridge" Linked up by SVE & AUE.The fourth chapter is construction of Chinese & Foreign experience in running the Schools Talent Training Model.The fifth chapter is the strategies of course.This chapter explores the technical route of this through class cohesion mainly from the several aspects like Top level design,training objectives,training programs,the management of double teachers,the integration of production and education and the group of schools.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.Conclusion in this paper,the relevant questions were full summarized and also the existing deficiency is proposed.
