After the founding of new China,in order to meet the needs of the development of radio and television on specialized personnel,China in 1954 established the first training of radio professionals in the school Beijing Broadcasting Institute,is today's China Communication University,with the reform and opening up Dongfeng radio and television The rapid development of the industry and the demand for talent,in addition to China University of Communication and other specialized institutions,many comprehensive institutions and a number of specialized institutions have also established a radio art host undergraduate professional,so far we set up a professional chair of the broadcast School has 300,almost all over the country at the same time,colleges and universities broadcast professional chair discipline construction is also evolving,the formation of undergraduate,master,doctor integrity education system.As China's unique and young broadcast and host art professional,just half a century,experienced from nobody cares to enroll in the hot process.In this process there has been a "expansion" of the school enrollment and "incomplete" school between the contradictions and the "single" graduates and "complex" talent between the contradictions.On the basis of combing the training mode of broadcasting talents in Xinjiang colleges and universities,this paper carries on the investigation to the students of Xinjiang University Broadcasting and Hosting Majors,and evaluates the training mode of the professional talents of broadcasting in Xinjiang from the perspective of training object.Development and reform to provide some reference.
