This paper,taking the Primary School of SEK International School of Quito for example,through the methods of classroom observation,questionnaire,cases collection and analysis and interviews,tries to get a comprehensive and deep analysis and discussion about the problems of the Chinese classroom management of the children of Ecuador from five aspects: the implementation of classroom rules,the classroom behavior of students,classroom environment and atmosphere,teaching and emergency situation.The paper explores and explains the reasons causing all these problems of the Chinese classroom management through three aspects of the students,the teachers and other environmental factors and tries to give the solutions and suggestions of improving the Chinese classroom management in the view of the teachers.This paper is mainly divided into the following six parts:The first part introduces the the background,the reason and the significance of this paper,and also launches the research status in domestic and foreign academic circles,as well as the specific research object and methods.The second part is the introduction of SEK International School of Quito and the basic information of the Chinese class in this school.The third part,taking the Primary School of SEK International School of Quito as an example,through the methods of classroom observation,questionnaire,cases collection and analysis and interviews,tries to get a comprehensive and deep analysis and discussion about the problems of the Chinese classroom management of the children of Ecuador from five aspects: the implementation of classroom rules,the classroom behavior of students,classroom environment and atmosphere,teaching and emergency situation.The forth part tries to explore and explain the reasons causing the problems of Chinese classroom management according to the results of the questionnaire survey from three aspects of the students,the teachers and other environmental factors.The fifth part summarizes the practical management methods according to the interviews of other teachers and the author's experience and tries to give some suggestions and strategies in order to improve the Chinese classroom management of the children of Ecuador.The sixth part is the conclusion,pointing out the shortcomings of this paper.
