In recent years,the cause of Chinese teaching in Africa has been growing continually,Confucius Institutes have spread throughout Africa and spread across all ages.It can be said that the development of Chinese language teaching in African Confucius Institutes and Confucius classrooms is quite complete.However,Chinese teaching in West Africa started relatively late,the study of Chinese classroom management still needs to be further developed and improved,especially the management of Chinese class for young children.Whether the classroom management of children Chinese class is effective or not is an important condition to decide whether the teaching can be carried out smoothly.This paper focuses on children in West Africa,studies the characteristics and contents of children's Chinese classroom management and how to implement.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part mainly introduces the research significance,the research method and the domestic and foreign research present situation.The second part,the author analyzes the connotation of classroom management from the definition and the principles,contents and functions of children's international Chinese classroom management.The third part mainly investigates the characteristics of children's Chinese classroom in West Africa and the problems existing in classroom management.On the basis of analyzing the situation of children's Chinese classes in Senegal,Ghana and Sierra Leone,this part summarizes the characteristics of children's Chinese classes in West Africa.At the same time,this paper introduces the problems existing in children's Chinese classroom management in West Africa,and analyzes the causes from the perspectives of teachers,students,history and culture.The forth part is the core content of this paper.This part researches the common problems of classroom management in West Africa from the classroom discipline management,classroom environment management,interpersonal relationship management and classroom activity management these four dimensions,such as seating arrangement,classroom arrangement,cooperative learning training and classroom atmosphere construction for children.In the fifth part,the author gives some suggestions for West African children's Chinese classroom management based on the above research and practical experience.On one hand,the research on the management of children's Chinese classroom in West Africa can carry out Chinese teaching effectively,on the other hand,it can provide reference for overseas children's Chinese classroom management,which has great practical significance.The object of this research is the children in West Africa,which has strong pertinence.It is expected to help the further development of children's Chinese teaching and research,which has certain application value.
