This paper uses the questionnaire and observation method to get a comprehensive and accurate statistics and analysis about the classroom management problems the Chinese teachers had in Colombia, and discusses the problems in Montessori British School from these three aspects: interpersonal relationship, classroom environment and class discipline, and analyzes the reasons behind the problems. Finally, we got the inspiration for the classroom management, the teaching methods and the Chinese teachers in Colombia.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the basis and significance of starting this research, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the research object and methods. The second chapter introduces the Montessori British School and its Chinese class. The third chapter analyses the results of the questionnaires, lists the classroom management problems in Montessori British School, and analyses the reasons. The fourth chapter gets the inspiration for the classroom management, the teaching methods and the Chinese teachers. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, it summarizes the classroom management problems and the suggestions, and points out the shortcomings of this paper.The classroom management is an important part of teaching Chinese to children abroad, and this paper is instructive for teaching Chinese to children in Colombia.
