Study On The Development Strategy Of Xiao Jing Ling Kindergarten

At present,the demand for preschool education of children is increasing and diversification.The market of preschool education is growing fast and the development potential is huge.The private kindergarten is in a good historical development period.Lot of private kindergartens emerge but also bring about increasingly fierce competition.In the opportunities and risks co-exist environment,how to analyze the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages,what kind of development strategy should be taken in order to achieve fast development of private kindergarten,which is a question worthy of consideration and research.Based on the knowledge of strategic management,this paper gives a case study on the development strategy of Xiao Jing Ling kindergarten,which provides strategic thinking for the future development of Xiao Jing Ling kindergarten.Firstly,this paper analyzes the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of Xiao Jing Ling kindergarten,and then carries on the SWOT analysis.On the basis of strategic analysis,the author carries out strategy design,and puts forward overall strategic,business strategy and function strategy for the development of Xiao Jing Ling kindergarten.Finally,in order to guarantee the implementation of the strategy and achieve the strategic goal,the author puts forward ten measures of the strategy implementation.The strategic planning and suggestions of this paper are guiding significance to the development of the Xiao Jing Ling kindergarten,and it also has reference significance for the development of other private kindergartens.
