Research On The Development Strategy Of Liaocheng Blooming Tribal Kindergartens

With the promulgation of various policies for the development of preschool education,the industry of preschool education has sprung up fast.In order to solve the problem of "hard to go to school and high fees" in preschool education,on the one hand,the government vigorously supports the construction of private kindergartens,and on the one hand,it increases investment in the establishment of public kindergartens.In this environment,the blooming tribal kindergartens are born for transportation.However,as a private kindergarten only for one year,the internal and external pressure of the private kindergarten is still severe.The blooming tribal kindergartens want to develop and grow continuously,we must use the power of scientific management,analyze the strategic development of the enterprise professionally,and point out the way in the future.First,we review the relevant theories of strategic management,review the relevant research results of strategic management both at home and abroad,and lay a theoretical foundation for further research.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the Tribe Kindergarten in Liaocheng City,facing the analysis of the external environment(the Tribe Kindergarten macro environment and industry environment etc.)and the presence of internal conditions(human resources,teaching quality,core competence,etc.)SWOT analysis of flower Tribe Kindergarten,find out the advantages and disadvantages of the internal in the environment,the research on the external environment facing the opportunities and threats,and that the kindergarten can be used four options for application of SWOT matrix,using the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to evaluate the alternatives,and concludes the development strategy and the expansion of tribal kindergarten actual accords with the conclusion on the strategy and process in the implementation of the relevant security measures and put forward opinions and suggestions.
