Research On Resource Sharing Of University Sports Venues In Wuhan

With the rapid growth of China’s economy,people’s living standards have been constantly improved,and people’s awareness of physical exercise has been constantly enhanced.However,the study found that the current social sports venues can not meet the needs of the masses fitness.The research on the sharing of resources of sports venues in colleges and universities is conducive to the development of sports public services and the effective alleviation of the contradiction between supply and demand caused by insufficient resources of sports venues in society.This study using the literature material,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,the data envelopment analysis and other research methods,the six universities in wuhan city has carried on the empirical research,the problems of wuhan university sports venues resource sharing,put forward the optimization of wuhan university sports venues resources optimization path,provide a reference basis to perfect the university sports venues sharing policy.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)there is a big difference in the number of stadiums and the area of stadiums among colleges and universities in wuhan.The total area of stadiums in colleges and universities is generally much larger than the total area of gymnasiums.The average per capita area of university sports venues in wuhan reached the standard set by the ministry of education,accounting for only 54.2%,the average per capita area of outdoor venues was 3.73 ㎡,and the average per capita area of indoor venues was 0.78 ㎡.(2)wuhan university stadiums are equipped with outdoor track and field courts,basketball courts,football fields,volleyball courts,etc.,and some universities are equipped with tennis courts,badminton courts,etc.Most of them are equipped with indoor basketball courts,volleyball courts and badminton courts.A few of them are equipped with tennis courts and swimming pools.A few of them are equipped with climbing halls or bowling alleys.(3)12.5% of the university sports venues in wuhan are Shared within 8 hours;87.5percent of the stadiums and gymnasiums had more than eight hours of Shared time.93.8percent of the stadiums and gymnasiums were Shared on weekdays and 62.5 percent on holidays.The Shared time periods were mainly in the afternoon(71.9%)and evening(84.4%).(4)81.3% of wuhan university sports venues are managed by the sports department or the logistics department,and a small number of university sports venues are managed by the two modes of contracting and leasing.(5)the comprehensive efficiency of colleges and universities in wuhan city stadium(hall)average value is 0.735,the average of the pure technical efficiency is 0.930,college sports venues open comprehensive efficiency,scale efficiency is lower,pure technical efficiency to be improved,75.0% of the sports venues increasing return of scale,the investment of time,more redundant venues area and the quantity of output.Advice:To strengthen the construction of sports facilities in colleges and universities;According to the local conditions to implement suitable for the management of the sports venues;Establishing an Internet information service platform;Formulate relevant policies to improve the enthusiasm of venue facilities sharing;We will expand the effective supply of venues and improve their use efficiency.
