Research On The Demands Of Urban Public Sport Venues Service

With the development of social economy,the improvement of living standards,health conscious,urban residents,the public are paying more attention to their health problems and spiritual pursuit.The sport has the nature of the health care,entertainment and other functions in the public demand,thus increasingly reflects the important status in society.The popularity of sports culture,sports,combined with the height of the mass media and sports popularization and common development,each project of sports is more close to the social masses.More sports participation,making the urban residents increasingly diverse and pressing to the requirement of sports facilities.Urban public sports venues as part of the urban space,urban residents is the main material carrier and foundation of sports activities.The supply capacity and quality of the public gyms and stadiums directly affects the social public's health and quality of life.Domestic current sports facilities is still dominated by public stadiums,so the superiority of public sports venues service directly affect the residents to participate in sports activities and effectiveness of depth,breadth and enthusiasm,the city residents for the demand of the public gyms and stadiums is established urban sports development goals and urban public space supply of one of the important basis.As the youngest municipality directly under the central government of our country,in recent years,the economic level of Chongqing has been rapid development.The improvement in people's living standards improved,urban residents demand for sports are constantly changing,presents the trend of diversification.This study in downtown of Chongqing city nine district public sports venues as the research object.From the perspective of exercise residents in Chongqing city nine the number of public sports venues in the inside and outside of residents has carried on the questionnaire survey,at the same time this article main research purpose is focused on two main city sports "person" and "service" the public gyms and stadiums,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,on-the-spot investigation method,such as study,explore and understand their characteristics for the present demand of public sports venues and the service content and the evaluation of two aspects,to meet the demand of urban residents of public sports venues and reasonable construction of public sports venues as the service system.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)of Chongqing urban residents' demand for public sports venues service features are: hope adjustment and increasing public sports venues of public open time period;Need to increase the scientific nature of the venue booking way;The need for more scientific health care and rehabilitation guidance;In terms of the demand of the venues present a two-stage differentiation,some city residents hope to increase the number of comprehensive public sports venues,the diversification of public sports venues,on the other hand,many city dwellers hopes to increase the number of sports venues specialized especially the number of venues in venues,to solve the problem of peak ground stress.(2)the service problems of the public gyms and stadiums in Chongqing: many public sports venues lack of effective site management,lack of facilities maintenance,depreciation speed,and failed to overhaul,affect the use;Ground staff service attitude is poor,poor quality,staff quality improvement;Site facilities not complete,the staff configuration is unreasonable,poor quality of health guidance services,and the instructor needs to improve service ability;Disparity between different stadiums sports activities,and the audience range is smaller,the general has yet to establish a mass sports participation mechanism;Sports information consulting service information level is not high,the low level of information distribution channels for a single,consulting services.
