Research On The Construction Of Financial Management Informatization In H University From The Perspective Of Financial Sharing Service

Under the background of rapid economic development and national support for higher education,the scale and amount of funds of colleges and universities are increasing year by year,and the business is becoming more and more complex.The traditional financial management model can not meet the increasingly complex business management needs of colleges and universities,and even began to restrict the development of colleges and universities.Unreasonable organizational structure,inconsistent business processes,blocked information and low efficiency are common problems in the financial management of colleges and universities in China.The introduction of financial sharing service concept and the application of information technology can solve the above problems.By building an information platform,integrating the school's business resources,learning from the concept of financial sharing services,adopting standardized business processes and unified operation mode,we can concentrate the repetitive accounting work,reduce costs and increase efficiency,strengthen management and control,and concentrate the accounting work,which can better realize the transformation and increase of financial accounting personnel Strong financial decision support ability.This paper uses the method of case study,taking H University as an example to study,to understand the current situation of H University's financial management,to diagnose the problems of poor information sharing,lack of management and control of business process and low level of informatization in its financial management work,so it is urgent to carry out the informatization construction work.Based on the theory and practice,this paper designs the construction scheme of financial management informatization for H University Based on the perspective of financial sharing services,optimizes the organizational structure,and redistributes personnel;reengineers the three important processes of budget,reimbursement and charge management;constructs the informatization platform,including the financial platform,business platform and basic platform,and transmits data through the data bus,Based on the concept of financial sharing,the financial platform is designed as the front,middle and back platform,and the middle platform is the financial sharing platform,which can conduct centralized business review and payment.At the same time,the information platform is also effectively connected with the external system to realize the full sharing and linkage of information.Finally,the security system,including system management,quality management,personnel management,performance management andrisk management,is proposed to ensure the smooth construction.By showing the application of Financial Sharing Service Mode in H University's financial management information work,this paper hopes to provide some inspiration and ideas for other universities to learn from this concept to carry out financial management optimization work and the construction of provincial university's Financial Sharing Center,so as to promote the progress of financial management work.
