The aim of the curriculum reform of the Ministry of Education is to all for the development of students and to cultivate the talents of social development.The curriculum reforming puts the emotional attitude and value into the one of teaching objectives.In order to remind some subject educators that the importance of the cultivation of emotional attitude and values in the process of Science Teaching.In secondary school,according to the knowledge characteristics of chemistry and the emotional factors contained in chemical content.Widely carrying out the education of the emotional attitude and values.Adopting reasonable teaching methods,And when students acquire knowledge and acquire skills,they also form a healthy “ emotional attitude and values”.But because of the uniqueness of emotional attitude and values,making that some difficulties in the process of implementation and measurement.Therefore in the teaching process,Some problems need to be deeply thought,in order to be able to achieve the effective integration of three-dimensional target,such as how to implement,how to evaluate the emotional attitude and values.Theoretical research and teaching practice research are two aspects of this paper studies.In this paper studies,we study how to implement the emotional attitude and values in middle school chemistry teaching.Part 1,Analysis of the content of the “ emotional attitude and values” in the chemistry curriculum standards of compulsory education in junior middle schools.Part 2,Investigating and analyzing the present situation of the implementation of emotion,attitude and values in Teaching.From the results of the survey,we get the problems in the implementation of the emotional attitude and values.And summary of the implementation of emotional attitude and values.Part 3,Based on the results of investigation and analysis,finding out the effective and feasible method to implement the emotional attitude and values in Chemistry Teaching.The following are the main methods,such 1.Changing teachers' teaching ideas.2.Fully excavating the teaching content of emotional attitude andvalues in teaching materials.3.Making full use of classroom teaching practice.4.Do good teaching design.5.carry out extracurricular activities and 6.Cultivating students' emotional attitude and values through evaluation and feedback.7.The establishment of teachers' teaching style.Part 4,The teaching practice of the implementation method of emotion attitude and value goal.And list teaching cases.Part 5,Through the questionnaire survey and interview,and combined with the results of the students,to test the effect of teaching practice and analysis of its feasibility.Through teaching practice,Using a reasonable way to implement the emotional attitude and values,that can help students establish a correct emotional attitude and values,and can help the students to improve their interest in learning chemistry,and correct attitude towards learning,and cultivate students' sense of social responsibility,and experience from chemical disciplines in the scientific attitude and spirit.It also can indirectly help students to learn chemistry,improving chemical grade.So widely penetration of emotional attitude and values education in Chemistry Teaching in junior middle school has a certain operable and is feasible.
