Pre-School Education is the basis of Basic Education.In 2010,China issued? Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan?(2010-2020).The development of Pre-School Education has caught wide attention.On 10 thFeb,2012,With the publication of ?Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards?made by Ministry of Education has been decreed.(Trial Implmenting Regulations).On 1st Mar 2016,the New Revised ? Infants' School Working Policy and Working Procedure?has been decreed and carried out formally.Due to the above policies,this is why people have higher expection and stricter demands on Kindergarteners' culture and professional qualities.Students who graduate from Vocational School are service object of young children of 3-6 years old at the critical period of development.Their words and actions have an important influence to the development of children's body and mind.Therefore,studying the present situation of Honesty Cultivation to students of Pre-School Education of Vocational School,finding out the existing problems and reasons,putting forward some targeted and time-efficient measures and suggestions.It's of great significance to build high-quality kindergarterners of having moral and artistic qualities,together with both physical and mental health.The author made use of different methods such as observation,interview,survey,document analysis,investigating the present situation to Honest accomplishment of Students from Grade One to Grade Three of Pre-School Education in Honghe Nationality Teachers' School.The author found out there exists different problems in levels of school,teachers and students.The reason,which leads to the above factors includes subjective factor and objective factor.Based on this,the author puts forward some measures and suggestions to Honesty Cultivation of Students of Pre-School Education in Vocational School.That is Unified change cultivation idea,to establish and perfect the mechanism of cultivating,theoptimization measures of cultivating innovation,cultivating force system.
