Student evaluation should promote the students learning to learn,help them develop.However,the current student evaluation in the school remaining shortfalls in promoting students' development.It failed to really pay attention to students' thinking ability and their learning process.It is lack of consciousness of mediation,failing to integrate teaching and evaluation.And also it is lack of the perspective of research and resources.It is unable to promote students to develop by teachers' teaching.So in the process of education reform,the concept and method of evaluating students' need for reform.The concept of evaluating with research is based on the thinking of the development to people.Development to people should concentrate on the development of people's subjectivity.The development of people means to learn to do with issues.Realizing the development of issue means not only the realization of the development to people,but also the way people get development.Students' development means students learning ‘how to learn',finishing learning task actively,and acquiring knowledge,improving the ability of thinking in the learning process.Finally they become an active and healthy human.The evaluation with research has the goal of realizing the students' life consciousness.It possesses the purpose of cultivating students through doing things.It is based on the students finishing work conscientiously,through the analysis of students' learning,promote the students learning to learn and grow.Evaluation is a process of doing judgment according to the target.The evaluation with research begins with the design of the task goal.It is mainly based on curriculum,teaching material,practice,education value and the analysis of students' learning difficulties and obstacles.Evaluation task design embodies the core position of "doing things".Evaluation task is with integration of teaching It is not only the evaluation process,but also a learning process,and the teaching process.Assessment tasks may be students' real experience in the present or future life.Its learning content is wide and it is certainly challenging.Students need to take the initiative to finish learning task consciously,and take the initiative to record their own learning process in the process of learning,and present their own state of mind.Teachers in the classroom should use teaching strategies,such as take advantage of big problem,students' records,the interactions between teachers and students and so on.They should evaluate students' performance with resource.Thus they form the dynamically generated class,and help students grow.
