CPC Central Committee on China's new economic normality of this scientific judgment,fully reveals a series of China's current economic development faced by the new situation,the emergence of new changes,new contradictions exposed.One of the more prominent is the contradiction between economic growth and employment pressure.Optimization and upgrading of economic structure is bound to eliminate the traditional production capacity,a large number of jobs have been planned cuts,new economic growth momentum has not yet matured,to provide a limited number of jobs.The new economy in the normal phase of the gap for the smooth employment of graduates significantly.In January 2017,the State Council issued the "development" of national education in 13 th Five-Year "plan" clearly pointed out that the new period to improve the quality of education,to speed up the development of economic and social development of talents.It is not only an effective response to the core problem of the current college students' ability to obtain employment,but also to the low level of matching.The ability of undergraduate employment problem,which is related to every family harmony,more on the optimization of personnel structure in China Chinese economic power,and provide the inexhaustible power is of great significance to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese dream.Based on the above considerations,the author chooses the new economic norm as the background field guide,s through the literature research method,interview method,questionnaire analysis and Research on the status of the employment ability of Undergraduates of three universities in A province.The competency based education theory,student development theory,job matching theory,the classical theory advocates the occupation career planning theory as the basic guideline,compiling the outline of interview and questionnaire,questionnaire method and interview method,and explore strategies to enhance the status of undergraduate employment ability under the new norm.In order to effectively improve the intrinsic motivation of high quality employment,it is the goal of optimizing the supply structure of human resources and promoting the balanced allocation of educational resources,human capital and social demand.First of all,in order to obtain empirical employment ability of College Students under the new normal dialysis depth problem situation,draw the following twoconclusions:(1)self rating of undergraduate employment ability and the employer to evaluate the ability of undergraduate employment gap.(2)under the new normal undergraduate need to enhance employability to meet the needs of employers.Secondly,through in-depth interviews,the employment of undergraduate students ability problems respectively from the government departments of education,university administrators,college graduates,employers and other main factors affecting multiple perspectives to explore the employment ability of undergraduates and the interview results were integrated into to the development of students theory and job matching theory as a guide,complete analysis of the current situation of college students employment ability under the new normal.Finally,effects of multiple factors to enhance the employment ability of undergraduates by combing the new norm,deep mining employment ability of college students lack of logic,refining and summed up the effective measures to improve the Undergraduates' employment ability is the objective to create a support to enhance the ability of the undergraduate employment environment,subjective initiative to improve the employment of undergraduate students.
