| The "Family-kindergarten" has became a word development trend, The development of preschool education is becoming a major concern of the government, under such favorable condition, kindergarten in counties have ushered in a new era of development after constant learning and following the steps of counterparts in big/medium cities.The "Family-kindergarten" project has an direct impact on the harmonious relationship between families and kindergarten, as well as the improvement of the quality of school education. It is also key to promote the all-round development of preschool children.In order to get a further understanding and to promote the "Family-kindergarten" project, I conducted a case study on three kindergartens at Xishui county, Guizhou province, and found out that following problems still exists during the developing phase of the project.First of all, families and kindergartens are not compact enough; then the lack of understanding and engagement among parents, and parent resources haven’t been fully utilized. Besides monotony in forms and contents have contributed to the staggering of the project. All of these has been caused by three reasons, families, kindergartens and society.To solve problems above, I went through serious analysis, and come to a conclusion that "Family-kindergarten" is a bi-directional project which based on the mutual cooperation of families and kindergarten and with the kindergarten plays a dominant role. And this can be implemented through ways such as compiling and handing out “Parents Brochure”, establishing and utilizing parent school and committee, as well as completing home-visit system, and setting up and online communication platform and carrying out variety of co-teaching activities. |
