Empirical Research On Current Of Secondary Vocational Teachers' Leisure Life

With China's economic development,the leisure time of secondary vocational teachers is increasing,to create a condition for leisure life.Positive leisure life is an exploration about true of life,is a process to help secondary vocational teachers ease the pressure,enhance the ability and improve the index number of life happiness.Therefore,this study investigate the current leisure lives of secondary vocational teachers,reveal the problems of secondary vocational teachers' leisure life,and put forward to some effective strategies.The main contents are divided into five parts.The first part describes the reasons of this topic,the significance of the study,research methods,domestic and international literature related to leisure life and domestic literature related to teachers' life.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of leisure life,defined the core concepts of leisure,life and leisure life.And discusses the value of leisure life to the secondary vocational teachers,to the secondary vocational teachers,leisure life can improve their mental health level and characters,promote their emotional labor,rich their professional practice knowledge,enhance their professional identity.The third part surveys the current leisure lives of secondary vocational teachers.The author find the secondary vocational teachers lack of leisure time,the leisure activities are monotonous and lack of leisure concept.The amount of leisure time and the satisfaction of leisure life have a positive correlation,leisure time more adequate leisure life satisfaction is higher.Male secondary vocational teachers have more leisure time than female teachers,so their leisure life satisfaction is higher than female teachers.The fourth part analyzes the current leisure lives of secondary vocational teachers.First of all,Secondary vocational teachers can correctly understand the meaning of leisure life,and they want to plan their leisure time.Second,objectively they lack of leisure time,subjectively they are not at planning their leisure time;the leisure activities are monotonous,they are short of some meaningful activities;they lack of leisure concept,the satisfaction of leisure life is low.Finally,those factors cause the problems,the operate time is too long to occupy the leisure time;teacher' salary confine the activities;the increasing social roles reduce and change the leisure activities;the lack of leisure equipments and friends,limit the leisure life.The fifth part raises the some effective strategies.From five aspects,government,social,schools,family and secondary vocational teachers,they should cooperate each other in order to improve the quality of secondary vocational teachers' leisure life.
