In recent years,the secondary vocational education has been squeezed by the general education,the number of school enrollment and the quality has declined seriously.Secondary vocational school students has mainly failed in senior high school entrance examination,their culture class foundation is poor.After entering the new environment,the situation of basic courses does not improve,and become the harder-hit area of the classroom problem behaviors.In order to promote the curriculum reform of secondary vocational schools and improve the quality of classroom teaching,promote the development of students,achieve the aim“Employment has advantages,further studies have basic”.We must pay attention to the classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational school students.This paper takes a secondary vocational school in Tianjin as an example,using the methods of questionnaire and qualitative research to explore the problem behaviors of the students in the classroom teaching of cultural basic course.Based on the analysis of the survey results,it puts forward the coping strategies with the characteristics of secondary vocational school students.This article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,introduces the reason and significance of the topic,Make a theoretical carding from different angles on the "classroom problem behavior",and describe the basic ideas of the study.The second part,through the questionnaire survey,qualitative research to understand the current situation of vocational school students' cultural basic course classroom problem behavior.We found that Through the questionnaire survey: attention problem is most serious,followed by withdrawal behavior,disrupt the behavior with class features,resist behavior generally,confrontational behavior is few,the second grade classroom problem behavior is more serious than the first grade,professional classroom behavior problems are significantly different.From the classroom observation,it is concluded that the spatial time distribution characteristics of classroom problem behaviors,the behavior of classroom problems are contagious,and the duration of resistance behavior is long.The classroom problem behaviors of vocational school students have universality,complexity,susceptibility,difference.The third part,study on the influencing factors of the behavior of students in secondary vocational school.According to the results of the questionnaire and interview,the specific reasons of classroom behaviors were analyzed from the students,teachers and schools.The fourth part is on the basis of investigation and study,and put forward that before class,class,after class comprehensive management,schools,teachers,parents,students with Multicoordinate.School for the training of teachers and teachers;establish feasible school norms.Teachers should understand the class,take a good first class the class teacher to set up the rules of the classroom,to cultivate students' awareness of the rules.The class should be managed in time,and take different measures to different levels of problem behavior.Teachers should renew the concept of education,set up the concept of multiple intelligences development,reform the teaching methods,increase the practical and interesting cultural foundation course,improve the management strategy,increase the communication between teachers and students,establish a good relationship between teachers and students.Students need to change the cognition of dislocation;adjust the learning goal;cultivate the will power.The school should pay attention to the basic course teaching of teachers;maintain stability;keep in touch with the parents;to guide students to use the Internet correctly;organizing cultural activities,to enrich students' extracurricular life;to carry out psychological consultation and service.In the course of the investigation,there are still a lot of places worthy of our reflection,need to continue to improve.
