At present,China's economy and society have made rapid progress,and also promote the establishment of a perfect modern vocational education system.In this context,strengthening the connotation construction of schools is an important measure to promote the construction of modern vocational education system.At present,there are various vocational secondary schools in our country(hereinafter referred to as the secondary vocational schools).Because there are so many sources of students,there are a lot of classroom problems,which cover the limitations of learning methods and the lack of study habits hinder the progress of teachers' teaching.Only the breakthrough of the above these problems thoroughly,can we ensure the normal conduct of classroom and students' learning is guaranteed,and better implement vocational school education and the teaching goal and schedule planning.The research object of this article selected the students of a vocational school in Wendeng.By reading the literature and interviewing,the author found out the specific situation of the vocational student's in classroom problem behavior and obtained valid and detailed data through questionnaire survey.Then the data were counted from gender,culture class and skill class,grade,family structure,and whether the only child or not.The study finds that the problem behavior of secondary vocational school is due to the emergence of secondary sex signs,inappropriate management style,low self-efficacy,no clear goals,lack of good study habits,teachers' improper handling of classroom problems,the monotonous old teaching method,single student evaluation method,families' lack effective communication with their children,unscientific communication,indulgent children,etc.To avoid the problems that arise in the classroom,it is inseparable from the changes of students themselves and the supervision and management of schools and parents.Therefore,the students should set up reasonable learning plan and establish excellent classroom performance.The teachers should improve the ability of classroom management,emphasize the innovation of teaching method,evaluate the diversity of students,strengthen students' education and employment guidance,enrich students' campus style life,create a harmonious learning atmosphere.Parents should focus on communication with their children,pay attention to how to communicate with the child,be strict with law and be wide to degree.Work together to manage the classroom teaching of vocational schools.
