Under the background of the national efforts to develop secondary vocational education,the development of vocational education cannot be separated from the cultivation of high-quality talents.Classroom is the place where teachers and students grow together,and it is the main channel to impart knowledge and skills.The quality of classroom teaching management directly affects the quality of education.This study selects students from Lanzhou L Secondary Vocational School as research objects.Through classroom observation and interviews,we can objectively and truly understand the students' classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational school.By arranging and analyzing the materials collected from classroom observation and interviews with representative teachers and students,analyze and summary the causes of secondary vocational students' classroom problem behavior,explore targeted effective countermeasures.It is hoped that the research will be helpful to the development of secondary vocational teaching management work in the future.Depending on the classroom observation,classroom observation dimension is designed as introverted behavior(being late or leaving early without reasons;absenteeism;talking to the classmates about the topics that have nothing to do with the class)and extroverted behavior(sleeping;playing mobile phones;reading books or writing assignments on other subjects;inattention;taciturnity).From the frequency of classroom problems,we can find that,according to the frequency of occurrence,the order is inattention,talking to the classmates about the topics that have nothing to do with the class,sleeping,playing mobile phones,taciturnity,reading books or writing assignments on other subjects,being late or leaving early without reasons,absenteeism etc..From the perspective of the distribution of class time,the classroom problem behavior has certain internal characteristics.From the spatial perspective,the classroom problem behavior is regional.From the classroom atmosphere,secondary vocational students' classroom behavior is different.The researcher further analyzed the reasons for the existence of classroom problem behaviors: secondary vocational students' lack of the correct self-knowledge,learning motivation and their unsatisfied needs;improper teaching methods,no effective classroom management strategy and the intimate teacher-student relationship;lack of agood school classroom environment,the imperfect classroom management system.The researcher puts forward the prevention and management strategy of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students: Firstly,help students correctly understand themselves,stimulate internal learning motivation,and meet the needs of the heart.Secondly,optimize teaching and classroom management,and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Finally,create a good classroom physical environment to improve the school classroom management rules.Through the above factors together,improve the quality of classroom teaching and the form a harmonious classroom atmosphere.
