Students' classroom problem behavior is widespread,especially in the vestibule school culture foundation course,technical school education and ignore the cultural basic course education,students do not take the class on the culture,lack of interest in the course content,especially the problem behavior.These problems directly affect the student to the culture foundation course the absorption and use of knowledge,is not conducive to develop students' comprehensive quality,also brings the certain effect for future employment.This paper adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,detailed understanding of the status quo of shenzhen L vestibule school culture basic course,common types and characteristics of classroom problem behavior analysis of the causes of these problems,for classroom management to improve the countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.In this paper,through the form of questionnaires distributed to investigate and use SPSS statistical data,the feasibility of the analysis of the questionnaire and data frequency and difference analysis.According to the result of questionnaire survey,combined with weiner's attribution theory,deep analyze the reason of problem behaviors and carries on the analysis,think that there are many reasons for the classroom problems,including teachers,students and external environmental factors.According to the actual circumstance of L vestibule school,generalized to related mechanic colleges and universities,the classroom problem behavior related countermeasures and the suggestion,combined with the attribution theory to help students correct attribution,improve study enthusiasm,behavior of behavior modification and control theory to establish good relationship between teachers and students,and puts forward seven Suggestions on classroom problem behavior.
