Study Of Teaching Staff Construction And Management In Higher Education Institutions

With today's society developing rapidly,human society has stepped into the age of knowledge-based economy.As the society of knowledge-based economy is continuously developing,education has got to be unprecedentedly important.The strategy of “One Belt and One Road” proposed by President Xi Jinping has turned into a national strategy which China carries out with emphasis under the background of new-normal economy.As the west gate for China's opening to the outside world,Xinjiang undertakes the important task of constructing the core area of “Silk Road Economic Belt”,for which Xinjiang must put emphasis on the development of local Higher Education Institutions.Teaching staff,as the key resource of Higher Education Institutions,has to be constructed and managed as the key point of the work in all the Higher Education Institutions.Following the developing trend of this age,this paper is designed to provide some new ideas and countermeasures for the construction and management of the teaching staff in N university based on modern human resource management theories.After the present construction and management of teaching staff in N university is analyzed on the basis of human resource management theories,including the age structure,educational structure,title structure.SWOT analysis method is used to make further analysis,so as to help N university strengthen its teaching staff construction and management through providing some countermeasures after the example of domestic and overseas teaching staff construction and management experience.It is finally concluded that N university should further complete its systems on teachers' recruit,training,assessment and motivation under the human-based management concept,so as to make excellent teachers stay on with human feelings and harmony campus culture.This paper researches on the construction of teaching staff in N university in the hope of playing a certain part in realizing the long-term target of N university and improving the teaching staff construction and management in local Higher Education Institutions.
