Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region with different ethnic groups living together so that the ethnic relations have become the basic elements in the structure of social relations.We put the stability of the ethnic relations ahead of everything in Xinjiang.As the populous ethnic groups in Xinjiang,Uygur and Han have always been the focus of research both home and abroad.The cultural interactions between Uygur and Han has formed a trend in Xinjiang's ethnic relations.The relationship between Uygur and Han has a variety of characteristics with the influence of different customs and cultures in Xinjiang,Hongliuhe vineyard in Turpan is regarded as a concrete research case in the paper,and the relationship between Uygur and Han workers in the vineyard is searched with the investigation of ethology by interview in person to make an analysis in their relationships.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is about the general information of the Hongliuhe vineyard in Turpan,such as history,economic backgrounds and the structures.The second part relates to the interactions between Han and Uygur staff in the vineyard,and the analysis of the official affairs managed by the Party,the League,government and the social organizations in the local place.The third part includes a study of the contact in Uygur-Han community through the living patterns,languages,religions and social customs and other variables.The fourth part is mainly about the relationship between workers of Uygur and Han on the production interactions including land contracting,technical exchange,water use and so on.The fifth part is about the cogitation.The paper analyzes the successful experiences of cultural interactions in Uygur and Han in Hongliuhe vineyard,and the measures and suggestions to solve the existing problems.
