Vocational education which is linked with social productivity more closely compared with other types of education due to it's vocation-orientation and serving the society,is an important part of the education system.Then,as the main undertaker of vocational education,vocational school is the cradle of technical and skilled talent as well as the important position providing talent meet the social needs.At present,the economy is at the new stage of upgrading and transition,which means that new economy require new vocational education as well as new social needs require new human resources.In this case,in order to offer more powerful human resources for the new economy,the vocational school should follow the economic characteristics and take action from deepening teaching reform for teaching is the core of education to pay attention to students' promoting of comprehensive quality which is the key of improving talents quality.This paper consists of five chapters: chapter one covers the grounds and meaning by which decide to select this topic,the method of study,the research idea as well as the core concepts.In addition to these,there is also a review of related literature.Chapter two is the summary of theories related to vocational education teaching,aimed at getting similarities and differences of vocational education teaching and general education teaching by analyzing generality between the two as well as the individuality of the former,which could lay a theoretical foundation for the next research of vocational education teaching innovation and reform.Chapter three is discussing the importance of teaching innovation in vocational school under the new normal economy.This chapter starts from the key idea of new economy,raising the new requirement new economy put on human resources,which means neither the skilled personnel are the porters of productivity nor the vocational school are factory of skilled labour.In this case,teaching reformation is imperative to promote new vocational education.Chapter four is questionnaire,this part set up two sets of questionnaire include teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire which take the Zhenjiang Vocational Technical College as research object,and the questions refer to teaching idea,curriculum system,model of teaching,teacher training,school-enterprise cooperation,teacher-student relationship and so on.So that,we could learn about the current situation of teaching reform of vocational education.Chapter five is the suggestion of teaching innovation and reform,according to the survey of chapter four together with analyzing literature about vocational education teaching reform,making suggestions just as changing teaching concept,strengthening the construction of curriculum culture,breaking through the innovation point of teaching model,reinforcing teachers construction,tapping the potentiality of enterprises and establishing good teacher-student relationship.
