The professional development of primary school Chinese teachers is the process of teachers themselves to constantly learn new knowledge,improve professional ability and enrich professional quality.The primary school stage is the basic stage of the whole education,and the Chinese subject plays an important role in the improvement of primary school students’ Chinese accomplishment by its unique instrumental and humanistic characteristics.Primary school Chinese teacher as the mother tongue education,the relay of excellent traditional culture,the practitioners of basic discipline education,is the mainstay of the development of Chinese education primary school,their professional development level determines the development quality of primary school Chinese basic discipline education.The problems and countermeasures of the professional development of Chinese teachers in primary school are the primary school language teachers in kunshan,on the basis of questionnaires,combined with interviews,to reveal the problems of the professional development of primary school teachers.From the investigation,it is found that the primary Chinese teachers in the professional development process have the problems of professional development awareness,lack of theoretical knowledge,separation of theory and practice,a single training content form,lack of independent choice.Through the analysis of the problems,find the reasons,the lack of professional guidance,inherent concept is difficult to change,lack of sound incentive mechanism,lack of targeted training,and lack of professional development space,these factors are the source of problems.Based on the above factors,this paper will put forward some suggestions to promote the professional development of Chinese teachers in primary schools from three aspects of government,schools and teachers.First of all,the relevant government departments should establish primary school teachers incentive system,improve the social status of teachers in Chinese primary school,primary school Chinese teachers to optimize work environment,stimulate the primary school teachers in the professional development of teachers enthusiasm;secondly,schools shouldadopt diversified,professional and strong,can choose the mode of training,help teachers set up the school community.To establish and perfect the evaluation system of primary school teachers,actively concerned about the mental health of teachers;finally,teachers should improve their own professional development consciousness,enrich their theoretical knowledge,enhance the ability of self development.
