In the process of teachers' professional development,key events play an important role.It is just like the "booster" of teachers' professional growth,which will definitely make a great leap.The key event of this study refers to the event that teachers determine themselves to have a significant effect on their own professional development through the experience and reflection of the subject.The purpose of this study is to explore the key events in Teachers' professional development.A primary school Chinese teacher in Urumqi is selected as the research object.Through the research methods of interview,classroom observation and physical analysis,this study attempts to truly reproduce the key events in the process of teachers' professional development,reflect on the generation and mechanism of key events,and follow the logical thinking from individual to general It is expected that other front-line primary school Chinese teachers can learn from it and use key events to promote their own professional development.The results show that the key events have different contents and forms in different stages of K teachers' professional development.Through combing,we can know that: the basis of key events is that teachers pay attention to their own professional development;The internal cause is teachers' pursuit of self realization;The external reason is that teachers are constantly recognized,not only from colleagues,but also from students and parents.In addition,the mechanism of key events in K teachers' professional development is mainly reflected in three aspects: different types of key events have different effects;The function of key events depends on the teacher's reflection on the event itself;Because the event is formed in the interaction between people,the key figures in the event will also have a positive impact on Teachers' professional development.Finally,we can get the following enlightenment from the key events in the four stages of K teacher's professional development:(1)preservice preparation stage:seeking model demonstration and cherishing educational ideal;Provide internship opportunities and try to play the role of teachers;(2)At the beginning of the job adaptation stage: extensive reading,the courage to meet the challenges;Create a platform to give exhibition opportunities;(3)Stable development stage: love teaching,pay attention to self reflection;Take root in the classroom and carry out education and scientific research;(4)Self transcendence stage: the establishment of learning community,the formation of team cooperation;Advocate lifelong learning and pursue teaching excellence.
