With the implementation of the new basic education curriculum reform program,the development of the curriculum has been taken seriously by scholars.The school curriculum of rural primary school will not only promote the development of students in rural areas,but also promote the formation of their own characteristics in rural schools.School-based curriculum development of rural primary school,however,there exist many problems and obstacles,the existence of these problems seriously restrict the school-based curriculum development process and effect of the rural primary school,thinking about these problems is to write the starting point of the study.This paper takes county rural primary schools in Jingbian as the research object,using the method of questionnaire and interview.Through the research of present situation of school-based curriculum development of rural primary school in Jingbian county,founding main problems in the development of school-based curriculum: the first problem is school-based curriculum development is an ineffective implementation of policies;the second problem is the lack of professional guiding force of school-based curriculum development;the third problem is the initiative of teachers to participate in school-based curriculum development is low;the fourth problem is the abilities and low quality of teachers in developing school-based curriculum deficiencies;the fifth problem is the low condition of the construction of school of course development.This paper analyzes the existing problems of Jingbian rural elementary school about school-based development,and makes analysis on the basis of existing research achievements and new research.This study tentatively proposed the strategy of improving the curriculum development of rural elementary school in Jingbian country: raising awareness,improve and implement the policy of school-based curriculum development;improving the guiding communication mechanism for the development of the school-based curriculum;improving the dynamic mechanism and the initiative of teachers;strengthen the training of learning and the ability of teachers to develop the curriculum;improving the evaluation mechanism to ensure the quality of the curriculum development and making full use of the resources of the course suitable for you,and making efforts to obtain financial support.It is hoped that this study will provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of the curriculum development of rural primary school.
