Group Work Intervention On Mental Health Problems Of Female Empty Nesters

China is stepping into an aging society.Improving the social security system,ameliorating the life and social space and building a good social support system for the elderly are becoming one of the social problems that are being solved.Different types of elderly people possess different social relationships,and the personal problems faced have the characteristics of the group.Different scholars have found in research on mental health problems of female empty nesters,compared to men aged,they due to the relatively low social and family economic status,a higher rate of widowed and fewer external support and so on,have lower happiness and easily suffer mental health problems.Combining with the social characteristics and psychological characteristics of female empty nester,The paper focuses on the mediating model intervention on mental health problems of female empty nester,comprehensively uses the Advantage Perspective,Empowerment Theory and Social Communication Theory,promotes the empty nest elderly women to explore their advantages and potential,form peer support group,in order to improve the level of mental health of the female empty nester finally.This paper includes six parts,the first part introduces the background of the project,project implementation and project significance;the second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis,reviews literature,indicates research ideas and methods,and systematically describes basic situation of research object;third part writes practice mode,from the plan goal,mode selection,plan design,the characteristic of mediating model and the role of social worker;the fourth part describes project content,mainly including the process and process evaluation;Fifth part tests service effectiveness from effectiveness evaluation;the sixth part is discussion and suggestion part,which analyses the advantages and disadvantages of mediating model and offers suggestions for improvement.
