The value orientation of the implementation of the free education policies for normal college students in poverty and remote areas of Xinjiang is to train excellent teachers and educational talents.Which ensures to balance development of Education,to solve the problem of the lack of Bilingual Teachers in four Southern Xinjiang states and structural shortage of quality,to guarantee the steady progress of bilingual education.It is also the main idea of the thirteenth five year plan for the national economic and social development of Xinjiang.The learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang during the period of school directly related to the realization of this goal.Enrollment motivation directly related to professional interests and learning attitude of free teacher education students during the period of school,and reflected in the learning state.Therefore,research on analysis of the current situation and influences of enrollment motivation to learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang,formulating measures to promote the formation of good learning state of free teacher education in Xinjiang.Which is of significance to the distribution and stabilization of outstanding teacher resources of remote areas in Xinjiang.This study aims to use the methods of questionnaires,statistical analysis and interviews.According have free teacher education students of the four universities in Xinjiang,altogether providing questionnaires 800,effective questionnaires 688.The data-processing were collected through correlation analysis,variance analysis,regression analysis and analyzed in the AMOS,and the interview content was summarized,researching on influences of enrollment and motivation to learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang.The results are as follows:(1)Among the enrollment motivations of free teacher education students in Xinjiang,the social incentive was main motive.There are significant differences in gender,nationality,family location and family economic situation;(2)Among the learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang,the education experience has the highest score.There are significant differences in nationality,grade,family location,family economic situation;(3)There are significant correlation between the enrollment motivation and learning state,the strongest correlation are individual motivation and social motivation;(4)There are significant correlation between the enrollment motivation and Professional interest,the strongest correlation is individual motivation;(5)There are significant correlation between the professional interest and learning state,the strongest correlation between the professional interest and active cooperative learning;(6)Enrollment motivation is found to explain 12.8% variance of learning state,social incentive and individual motivation were explained by learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang combined15%;(7)Individual motivation,employment occupational factors and social incentive of enrollment motivation are explained by professional interest of free teacher education students in Xinjiang combined 8.7%;(8)Professional interest is the intermediate variable between the entrance motivation and learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang.Through AMOS verify that the model whether to meet the requirement;(9)Based on self-determination theory,influences of enrollment motivation to learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang are analyzed,it's concluded that the individual motivation can promote the formation of good learning state,employment occupational factors cannot promote the formation of good learning state,social incentive can promote the formation of good learning state,to a certain extent it's converted to fee-free motivation;(10)Based on attribution theory,the influences of these factors on enrollment motivation to learning state of free teacher education students in Xinjiang are analyzed.Then some suggestions are put foward from five aspects:policies,schools,managers,teachers and students.On the policy side,suggesting to enhance policy openness,transforming the external motive of social motivation into internal motivation;perfecting the financial management system of elementary education,improving the rural primary education funding supply capacity.On the school side,reconstructing the connotation of campus culture,making dense studying atmosphere,enriching the education experience of free teacher education students in Xinjiang;enhancing competition effecting in campus,constructing exit mechanism.On the manager side,positive focusing enrollment motivation of free teacher education students in Xinjiang,prompting to take a correct enrollment motivation,training academic challenges level of free teacher education students in Xinjiang.On the teacher side,valuing student-teacher interaction,enhancing active cooperative learning of students.On the free teacher education students side,having educational belief,re-understanding of the professional career of teachers.
