Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Of College Students

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our party’s previous meetings have put more attention and support on the work about innovation and entrepreneurship in universities.Innovation and entrepreneurship has become a course that must to be carried out in universities.As the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China requested,we need to promote entrepreneurship and impetus employment,strength training of professional skills,raise workers’ ability of employment and entrepreneurship and our party needs to listen to youth,encourage them to grow up and support their entrepreneurship.In this context,our country strongly supports education of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities and Yunnan Normal University has made several attempts and innovations in many areas,it has built many innovative and entrepreneurial experimental bases for its students undertaking entrepreneurial practice on the 5th floor in Tongxi Building 1,the 1st floor in West dormitory Building 3 and the basement in Building 8.Under the arrangement of our school,I manage these innovative and entrepreneurial fields and guide the entrepreneurial teams with their ideas.Through systematic learning on national policy and implementation plan and hands-on practice,data collection and analysis in our work,we have summed up a lot of innovative and entrepreneurial experience in university on the aspect of ideological and political education,we also have done a lot of exploration and analysis at the same time.College students’ entrepreneurship may success after 2.3 times in average.So further study of the ideological and political education work’s theory and method in college innovative and entrepreneurial work,can process college innovative and entrepreneurial work in practice better and more efficiently.At the same time,college students know little about innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge,so the systematic and deep popularity of innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge can improve college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial quality and increase the success rate of their entrepreneurship.
