Teacher training is an important way to improve the professional level of teachers.The implementation of the burden reduction policy puts forward higher requirements for the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the effectiveness of teacher training,promote the professional development of teachers and strengthen the construction of the teaching team under the background of the burden reduction policy.This study adopts the literature research method and the investigation research method,combined with the current policy background of reducing the burden on students in China,and conducts a study on the training effect of primary and secondary school teachers in Z City,H Province.Through the literature research method,the development process of China's burden reduction policy is sorted out,the elements of teacher training are analyzed,and the new requirements for teacher training in the context of burden reduction are clarified;the problems existing in the effect of teacher training under the background of burden reduction are found through research,and the influencing factors are analyzed from the three levels of education administrative departments,schools and teachers,and on this basis,countermeasures for improving the effect of teacher training under the background of burden reduction are proposed.This study found that the effect of teacher training under the current burden reduction background is not satisfactory,mainly affected by three factors: education administrative department,school and teacher.Therefore,the education administrative department should improve the system,strengthen the management of funds,improve the training incentive policy,the school should increase the importance of teacher training,strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the training content,and reform the training method and assessment method,teachers should enhance the enthusiasm to participate in training,and clarify their training needs.
