When Chinese Educational Informationization develops,teachers’ Educational Technology ability demand becomes higher.Consequently,China launched National Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Training Program.And The Ministry of Education promulgated the "Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Infomation Application Ability Training Curriculum Standards(Trial)" in 2014.With the new curriculum standards mentoring,the satisfaction of training setting,resource allocation and activity arrangement efficiency as well as the results of training remain unknown.For reasons,it is necessary to evaluate training effect.The study takes J city primary and middle school teachers’ Educational Technology training as the research object.It constructed evaluation index system,which refers to the "Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Infomation Application Ability Training Curriculum Standards(Trial)" and the CIPP training evaluation model.And the training effect was assessed.The article includes six parts.The first part is introduction.It introduces the background,present situation,origin,purpose,significance,the research methods and main contents.The second part defines the main concepts,combing the theory and practice of primary and secondary school teachers’ infomation application ability training.The third part introduces the theory of teacher training chain,adult learning circle and the evaluation of training effect.The fourth part combines the training situation of primary and secondary school teachers in J City,with the training transformation stage and the implementation process to build the evaluation index of primary and secondary school teachers’ infomation application ability training.The fifth part includes the implementation of the training effectiveness evaluation indicator system,data collection,statistics and evaluation results analysis.The sixth part includes conclusion and limitation of research.
