Research On The Cultivation Of Young College Counselors' Professional Consciousness

In December 7,2016,the ideological and political work conference,President Xi Jinping stressed the need to put the ideological and political education throughout the entire process of education,emphasizes the important role of University Teachers "Ming,channel" in the ideological and political education in universities,require teachers to improve the ability for talents training the core,to assume the healthy growth of the students and guide and guide the responsibility.College counselors,as a special group of college teachers,are the first line of Ideological and political education for college students,and the organizers and leaders of the students' growth and development.Especially young college counselors,regardless of the age or education idea,can establish a zero distance communication with students,as students learning guidance,life leader and friend.Their positive attitude and good occupation occupation quality has an important significance for cultivating socialist builders and successors.In this paper,the youth counselor in Colleges and universities in Jilin Province as the research sample,through questionnaire survey and interviews research methods,combing the current situation of young college counselors occupation consciousness,to find out the problems and reasons of occupation consciousness exist,for reasons from the occupation value guidance,build advanced occupation consciousness training platform and improving the environment and occupation consciousness of self education put forward the training strategy,the effectiveness of efforts to build a high-quality,occupation,expert counselors to promote moral education in Colleges and universities.
