Research On Carrying Forward The Yan 'an Spirit And Enhancing The Ideological Quality Of Undergraduate Party Members

Yan'an spirit is gradually developed and formed from the combination of Marxist t heory and China's specific national conditions as well as the combination of Chinese rev olution and excellent traditional culture by soldiers and civilians under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party.The undergraduate party members are a new power of the C ommunist Party.They are a special group who can reflect the exemplary role of the Chi nese Communist Party all the time.They shoulder the historical task of building socialis t modernization and realizing the "Chinese dream",so the education of undergraduate p arty members also has an extremely important practical significance.By adopting literature method and investigation method,this paper systematically i llustrates the basic connotation of Yan'an spirit,the basic requirements for undergraduat e party members' ideological quality,and the organic combination between developmen t of Yan'an spirit and improvement of undergraduate party members' ideological quality.By choosing 520 students as the respondents,a survey was made on undergraduate part y member education and undergraduate party members' ideological quality.According t o the survey results,contemporary undergraduate party member education has the probl em of formalized education activities.Meanwhile,undergraduate party members presen t problems like diversified motives of joining the Party,unstable ideal and faith,and lac k of outstanding model function.As for the innovation point of this paper,development of Yan'an spirit is organicall y combined with improvement of undergraduate party members' ideological quality,an d the basic point for the combination between these two is found out.The value of carry ing forward Yan'an spirit for the improvement of undergraduate party members' ideological quality is expounded.Moreover,Yan'an spirit is integrated into undergraduate party member education by directing at problems in undergraduate party members' ideologic al quality.Besides,the approach of carrying forward Yan'an spirit and improving under graduate party members' ideological quality is proposed.This paper aims to put forward a new approach and new method to improve undergraduate party members' ideological quality in a targeted way by analyzing the coincident point between Yan'an spirit and im provement of contemporary undergraduate party members' ideological quality.Meanwh ile,it can also enrich the ideological education contents for undergraduate party member s,and diversify methods and means of ideological education for undergraduate party me mbers.Thus undergraduate party member education can be conducted in a better way.We should practically strengthen the Party building in colleges and universities,guide u ndergraduate party members to stick to the correct political direction,and maintain the a dvancement and purity of communists by persisting in the tenet of serving the people w holeheartedly,so as to provide an inexhaustible motive force for socialist modernization construction.
