The rapid development of science and technology era put forward new requirements for modern education,the school should not only teach students more scientific and cultural knowledge in the limited time,but also to develop students to respond to the rapid upgrading of knowledge necessary intelligence and ability.Therefore,the teaching of Chinese knowledge and training students' basic ability has become the two important tasks of Chinese teaching.Observation is not only an important component of intelligence,but also with the memory,thinking,imagination,creativity together constitute the five basic ability of students.At the same time,the cultivation of the observation ability is the primary task to improve the students' writing level.Only when they are good at observation,can they accumulate a large amount of material and gain rich emotional experience.Observation is the beginning of writing,and also the power source of the long-term development of writing.Therefore,Chinese teachers should not only cultivate the ability of observation in an important position,but also actively explore how to effectively cultivate students' observation ability in the teaching of composition.As one of the most important factors of writing ability,the ability of observation is not easy.This paper discusses this problem,first of all through the literature to sort out the concept of observation and the observation ability,the close relationship between the observation ability and writing ability,and then through the analysis of Changqing,Liu Feifei and other excellent teachers training the ability of observation model in the teaching of writing,summed up their writing teaching in the ability to cultivate the gain and loss of observation,also combining the current situation of junior middle school writing teaching observation ability,try to propose a junior high school writing teaching to cultivate students' observation ability optimization program.The idea from the observation ability training situation,previous training experience,and strive to cultivate the way to seize the important aspect of the development of the observation ability,clear training objectives,training procedure is simple and clear,easy to master teachers.The programme consisted mainly of training conditions,training principles and three phases of cultivation.To create good condition is premise,follow the training principle is guarantee,the three stage observation training is the core.In order to facilitate teachers' memory,comprehension and grasp the focus,this article further will "actively try-knowledge enrichment-habits cultivate" three steps of a clear phase of training analogy baby toddler called "toddler" observation composition training method.This paper tries to put forward the training program of observing ability by arranging the relevant knowledge of observing ability,to arouse the attention of Chinese teachers to the cultivation of observing ability,and to provide some reference for the junior middle school Chinese teachers to cultivate students' observation ability in writing teaching,and arouse some related thinking and inspiration.
