| As “Implementation Opinions on Deeply Reform of Examination Enrollment System from the State Council” has been issued,it becomes one of the important goals for ordinary high school teaching at present,to meet the needs of students and to respect student personality.With the coming of the new college entrance examination,how to respect the diversity of students and to achieve the student development individually becomes the hot issue of the current education,and class-selection system of stratified teaching become inevitable.The traditional teaching model can’t be aimed at all students,too general,thus ignoring students’ divergences.It is difficult to achieve the students’ choice,so the class-selection system of stratified teaching should be taken seriously.Tanghu middle school is one of the first level of Sichuan province ordinary high schools,has been sticking to reform according to concept of curriculum.In response to the new college entrance examination and the requirement of new curriculum reform,the managerial staff in this school decided to implement the class-selection system of stratified teaching among the students grade 2015 in the second semester of 2015-2016 academic year as a beginning,basing on the accurate analysis of the school situation and the development trend of educational reform.Basing on practice,this article launched a variety of forms of investigation on teachers and students in Tanghu middle school.The main purpose is to understand the current situation of biology hierarchical teaching.This article focuses on present teaching situation about how to conduct the Stratified Shift System in Biology Teaching,including the stratification of students,teaching stratification,management stratification and evaluation,in Tanghu Middle School.To better understand the details of implementation of "stratified class" in the whole staff,the all subject and the whole process in this school,and to promote the teaching reform of "stratified class" continuously,the questionnaire for students and teachers were used to investigate the effect of the stratified shift system.The main results were achieved as following:In general,students at different levels varied in views of the implementation of the hierarchical shift system in the teaching effect,learning interest,the relationship between teachers and students and enthusiasm.And the overall recognition of students at level B is significantly higher than that of students at level A,and the main reason is that students at level B considered that their choice is respected by theschool stratified system fully.For students at the same level,those from different class at level A have coincident evaluation on the class-selection system of stratified teaching after implementation.But in terms of stratification standards,these students presented different recognition,mainly because they are inconsistent with a hierarchical criterion by the school only cording to the scores of students.As for student from different class at level B,their recognition varied on the teaching effect,learning interest,the relationship between teachers and students,stratified work and enthusiasm on the whole.The teachers in Tanghu middle school thought that the performance of this system won success,although accompanied by a lot of challenges.It won approval by the majority of teachers,and it is worthy of spreading in the new situation of college entrance examination reform.In order to achieve more approval by teachers and students,and to execute this system more effectively,relevant suggestions in view of the research results have been put forward at the end of this article: Make good publicity to promote mutual communication;Strengthen team building to promote the transformation and professional development of teachers;Sound management mechanism to promote the teaching management quality.As the new college entrance examination makes it inevitable to generalize the class-selection system of stratified teaching,the results presented by this article can provide some reference for those schools whose management staff gets already to perform this system,as well as for those have conducted to improve their effects in further performance.It can contribute to a force for the realization of individualized teaching,to achieve the development of student personality and promote quality education. |
