Education is the foundation of our country,and the development of politics,economy and science and technology can not be separated from good education.Confucius once said:"Erudite purpose is to carry forward the aboveboard moral character,is to make people abandon the old and new,is to make people reach the most perfect state." education needs to be close to public opinion,that is,to meet the needs of students to adapt to their personality development;Lu Xun put forward:"education is to make people.Education is primarily about understanding,guidance and emancipation.And the traditional teaching mode lasted for hundreds of years,the advantages and disadvantages have been obvious,in order to better education development,meet social needs,promote social progress,need to reform based on the traditional teaching mode,follow the original good aspects,the introduction of new measures to meet the needs of students,this is the study of the”class-selection system" hierarchical teaching mode.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of "class-selection system,stratified teaching,defines the concept of " class-selection system,stratified and"class-selection system " stratified mode,then analyzes the current situation of implementation at home and abroad and makes a guess,and then uses the methods of literature,observation and interview to further study the"class-selection system" stratified teaching.Under the premise of recent development area,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and mastering the learning theory,this paper expounds the teaching strategy of "class-selection system" stratified teaching mode from three aspects of students’ stratification,management stratification and teaching stratification,and interviews some teachers and students’ parents who participate in the implementation of"class-selection system" hierarchical teaching mode in a middle school in Loudi.Secondly,from the three angles of manager,teacher and student,this paper studies the problems in the process of implementing this model,especially points out that"class-selection system" stratified teaching is superior to traditional teaching in some aspects,but the quality of teachers is improved.The thinking of the management and the hardware facilities of the school have put forward higher requirements.Once a certain aspect is not mature enough,it will directly affect the effect of the layering mode of"class-selection system",and there are not many mature models that can be used for reference.As a result,it is in constant exploration.Finally,in the face of many problems found while walking,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies and measures.Teaching mode reform is a long way to go,only with the times,in line with the trend of the times mode can be accepted by people,any mode has advantages and disadvantages,continuous improvement is the source of progress.
