College students’ learning into degrees,colleges and universities has a close relationship with the quality of personnel training,to analyze the influence factors of college students’ learning engagement research,explore key elements influence students’ learning engagement,around key elements to improve college students’ own learning styles and the teaching and management,is of great significance for improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.In the higher education system,the number of local colleges and universities accounts for more than 95%,which provides a strong intellectual and human support for local economic and social development.The quality of the training of local college students also directly affects the level of local human resources.Therefore,the author focuses on the local colleges and universities,and conducts an in-depth study on “the influencing factors of the student engagement of local college students”.Focusing on the factors affecting the student engagement of local college students and taking the undergraduates of L University as the research object,this paper conducts a quantitative analysis on the current situation and influencing factors of the student engagement of college students through questionnaire survey and data mining,and constructs an influencing factor model on this basis.Through the perspective analysis of the related measures and existing problems in L University to improve the learning engagement of college students,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the student engagement of local college students.On the basis of literature review and theoretical research,this study sumarizes the factors affecting college students’ learning engagement into four major factors: student factors,family factors,classroom factors and extracurricular factors.Through the questionnaire data statistics and variable analysis,it can be seen that the current local college students’ learning engagement is in the average level.According to the difference analysis of demographic characteristics on student engagement,it can be seen that different colleges,gender,length of self-study and overall score ranking all have influence on student engagement of college students,while different grades have no significant difference in the influence on student engagement.Through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,it is found that the significant factors affecting cognitive engagement are extracurricular factors and classroom factors.The significant influencing factors are extracurricular factors and student factors.Extracurricular factors and family factors were the most significant influencing factors on affective involvement.Through the case analysis of the student engagement of college students in L University,it is found that the measures taken by L University to improve the student engagement of students from the three aspects of system level,extracurricular activity level and environmental construction level are quite effective,but there are problems such as the short time of self-study of college students and the formality of process assessment.Finally,according to the above analysis,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen the student engagement of local college students from the aspects of students,families,classes and extracurricular.At the level of students to establish a sense of ownership,correct learning attitude;Master self-study methods and make efficient use of self-study time;Seek outside support to improve learning efficiency.At the family level,we should enhance the interaction between family and students,and timely pay attention to the growth of students.Strengthen the home-school cooperation to train students to become talents together;At the classroom level,we should improve the quality of the course and strive to create the golden lesson.Adhere to the principle of development,optimize the teaching content;Adhere to student-oriented,pay attention to the development of students;Strengthen discipline integration and improve discipline effect.In the extracurricular level,we should pay attention to cultural support and create a good educational atmosphere;Pay attention to activity support,guide the correct emotional investment;Pay attention to the assessment support,encourage active learning input in higher education system,significance.
