Since the beginning of the reform and opening,large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges improved the qualities of citizens and education backgrounds with the state-owned enterprise reform,market economic reform and the rise of mass higher education.Not only that,the number of college graduates is growing each year.The number of college graduates around the country was 7 million 500 thousand in 2015.In 2016,the number of college graduates in Shannxi Province from nearly one hundred schools was 360 thousand.It reached a new record.In a popular style of education policy,the current situation of the objective social economy and the requirement of talent cultivation from our country to colleges was bound to challenge graduates' employ abilities.The key of vigorously promoting employment to colleges and the promotion of the employment rate was to enhance college graduates' personal abilities.Therefore,studying how to promote the employ ability of college graduates from Shannxi Province possessed important theoretically instructive significance and practical value.On the basis of research thought of summarizing status quo--analyzing problem--solve problem,the text based on result of reading document literature up and interview researched corporation responsibility of every social subject with the entry point of the Shannxi Province college graduates' employ ability.It consisted of 5 chapters.The first section was an introduction,which had the researching of the background,the meaning,the summary of domestic and overseas,the content and the method.The second section was an theoretical review.The composition's kernel included the employ ability,the college graduates' ability and the component element of the college graduates.Theoretical basis consisted Human Capital Management and Information Asymmetry Theory.It laid the theoretical foundation of whole text and paved the way below.The third section was to analyzing current situation,existent problems and problematic reason.This part mainly used a mass of data and a large amount of facts to describe the employ ability of Shannxi Province college graduates to summarize its current situation which had the weakness of professional base,the insufficient social practice ability,the low capacity in basic vocational ability and the blank of self-development ability and to analyze existing problems: the lacking influence of acting of government,the divergence of the cultivation from different colleges,the insufficient corporate sense of the social responsibility and the scarce self-development ability.From the deep meaning,there is not a relatively perfect service system for the graduates' employment.The mechanism of education is faultiness.The objective factor from society and the subjective factor from student was still problematic.The forth section was experience reference.Western developed countries paid high attentions to the employ ability of college graduates from the policy making to executing in the government,college and enterprise.It enlightened that we should introduce innovation and enterprise education to higher education to complete employment service system.The final section was countermeasure and suggestion.Based on the current situation,existing problem and factor of the Shannxi Province college graduates ability came up with the training strategy combining the practical experience of western developed countries from different four parts: governments,colleges,enterprises and graduates to promoting the ability of Shannxi Province college graduates comprehensively to get full employment.
