Higher Vocational College Students Participate In School Management Problems And Countermeasures Research, Survey Based On HN Vocational College Of Science And Technology

Students' participation in management is the result of the democratization of higher education,and the new direction of the reform of the internal management system in Colleges and universities,and it is also an important embodiment of the concept of "people-oriented" education.This study try to explore students' participation in the theoretical foundation and the feasibility of the management of colleges and universities,and then using questionnaire method on students' participation in management present situation investigation and analysis,found that college students involved in the problems existing in the management of the school.Finally,it puts forward students to participate in school management of the countermeasures and proposals.This study is mainly divided into five main parts:The first part is the literature review and research background.Through,domestic and foreign scholars on the student to participate in the management of access and found outside the university students involved in management has a long history,has become mature,China's colleges and universities also gradually attach importance to students' participation in management and achieved certain effect.The study of students' participation in management mainly includes the course of participation,the content of participation,the way of participation,the limitation of students' participation and so on.The second part is mainly to clarify the concept of student participation in management,explore the theoretical basis and practical basis for students to participate in management,and lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.The four and the third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of College Students' participation in school management.Research mainly from the participation attitude,participation content,participation way,in five aspects of the status quo of investigation and analysis of links and influencing factors,research has found that problems are the main laws and regulations are not perfect,lack of participation in the environment;the operation mechanism is not sound,management link imbalance;participate in a limited content,level is not high;poor participation,become a mere formality.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the management of the students.In particular,the principle of participation of students in management: independent participation,democratic participation,proper authority,incentive participation.Proposed the college students to participate in the democratic management in Colleges and Universities: improve the students involved in management of the protection of the legal system,perfect the students to participate in the management of the operating mechanism and improve students' participation consciousness and ability of management,change management are concept,improve the participation effect.
