With the development of economic society,parents pay more attention to the education of children,and the requirements of social talents are higher,the education of schools can not meet the needs of students,so the out-of-school education training institutions came into being.The out-of-school education greatly makes up the deficiency of school education,but at the same time,there are many problems in the out-of-school education training,how to standardize and manage the out-of-school training institutions,how to develop the healthy development is an urgent problem.The author will take the literature research method,carry out the education training market survey,clarify the problems of the out-of-school education and training institutions,and in-depth analysis of the causes,and finally puts forward the development strategy of out-of-school education and training institutions.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the research significance,research status at home and abroad,research objectives,research content,research methods and so on.The second part mainly expounds the present situation of extra-curricular education of primary and middle school students in from the students,teachers and training institutions themselves.The third part analyzes the problems of primary and middle school students,the quality of education quality is not high teachers lack of professional quality,curriculum characteristics are not scientific,teaching conditions are poor campus cultural atmosphere is not strong,the operation standardization is poor,competition order disorder type heteropoly.And elaborate the reasons of the problems of external training institutions,institutions unclear,light quality,unsound legal norms,inadequate control of illegal practices,low barriers to access,lack of government regulatory functions,inadequate public awareness,and weak social regulation.The fourth part in wuhan caidian district elementary and middle schools outside the training institutions,when conducting empirical research,based on SWOT analysis.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures of off-campus training institutions long-term development of primary and secondary schools,including a clear positioning,to strengthen the building their own training institutions,perfect functions,government supervision responsibility,promote awareness,strengthen social supervision.
