The training of primary-school teachers is a channel,which promotes the teachers' professional development and the school development.With the characteristics of systematization and pertinency,the impact of primary-school training cannot be ignored for school and teachers.For building a teacher team of high quality,improving teachers' scientific research and innovation ability and optimizing teachers' structure,the training of primary-school is the main way.As the key of solid promotion competence-oriented education and comprehensively improve education quality,primary-school teacher training provides new blood for elementary education teacher group,and also make contributions to the basic education.The main purpose of primary school training is to improve the ability and level of education for all-around development,and serve the reform and development for elementary education.In the process of training,the model of training will directly have an impact on the quality of teachers' training.Turning the new ideas into new training pattern is the key point of cultivating a high quality primary school teacher team.As an important part of primary school,urban primary school teacher training plays a role in improving the overall teaching level of teachers.This paper research the on the job training pattern of urban primary school teachers based on Kunming high-tech zone No.1 primary school.This paper is consisting of four chapters:introduction,the basic theory for the study,the training situation of the primary school and the choice of urban primary school teachers' training models.It includes three main theory.There are constructiveness learning theory,teacher professional development theory and teacher lifelong education theory.By issuing survey questionnaires to the teachers of the Kunming high-tech zone No.1 primary school,and find out the questions in teacher on the job training model.And then analyzing and summarizing the factors of urban primary school teachers on the job training.At last,this paper put forward the strategies for the teaching urban primary schoolteachers on the job training.
