At present,the key and core of improving teaching quality is to have high quality and high level teachers.Teachers' teaching ability and accomplishment can only achieve high level basic education only if they improve comprehensively.In order to improve the ability and accomplishment of primary school teachers,a series of teacher training activities and projects have been carried out in Shandong province.In the past few years,we have made full use of the development of modern educational technology as a breakthrough,using this form of long distance training to carry out comprehensive training for primary and secondary school teachers in the province.It has been 8 years since the organization of all primary school teachers in Tai'an.This study based on literature,on the theoretical basis,teachers' training study connotation and mode of comprehensive demonstration by means of questionnaire and interview survey,the practice part of primary school teachers in Daiyue District of Tai'an city in the remote training,through the survey data analysis of the successes and shortcomings of Tai'an city Daiyue in the implementation of district organization and primary school teachers distance training process,and put forward the feasible suggestions for the improvement of distance training activities.Through the analysis of survey data,summed up the remote training primary school teachers in Tai'an District of Daiyue City achievements: AC 4.training team of experts 1.distance training and change the teacher's learning concept of 2.rich and high-quality educational resources to promote the 3.opening of the professional development of teachers training platform of teachers across the school and across the region.Guidance to enhance teacher quality 5.full participation in improving the overall quality of teachers' training.At the same time,analysis of the existing remote training of primary school teachers in Tai'an District of Daiyue City,and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions to solve these problems: 1.to meet the learning needs of Teachers Distance Training 2.realize the diversity of teachers distance training content to strengthen training teachers and students 3.in-depth exchanges 4.using flexible teaching strategies to ensure students the learning effect of 5.smooth change evaluation methods focus on training 6.extended distance training open time so that teachers can continue to learn 7.to strengthen the leadership of the organization and strict management.
