Research On The Current Situation And Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers

The quality of farmers and the cultivation of new occupation has been the focus of China's "three rural issues",Chinese as an agricultural country,the development process of agriculture directly affects the country's economic development pattern and pace,improve the quality of farmers is an important occupation issues in the construction of new socialist countryside is the key to solve the "three rural issues".As an important component of China's human capital,the quality of the new professional farmers directly related to the speed of the development of rural economy,but also affects the total amount of human capital accumulation can be maximized.The cultivation of new professional farmers' quality is the most important way to optimize the quality of rural human capital.In this paper,the western region of Shandong province is selected as the economic uplift belt,and the proportion of the total population of Shandong province is larger,which is more typical and referential to the new professional farmers.By using the method of investigation,qualitative and quantitative analysis,based on the economic uplift zone of Shandong Province,this paper selects the field survey data of the key topics of the social science program.The study found that the new occupation farmer younger trend gradually increased,the physical quality is good,the quality of science and technology than before there is some improvement but is relatively low,a higher proportion of the number of participating in agricultural training,and the basic of national new occupation farmer training courses and late benefits have some recognition and help the farmers have a certain occupation to improve the continuing education consciousness,have realized the training for the impact of agricultural income;environmental quality for basic,regular environmental protection consciousness is clear and accurate.But it also reflects the new occupation farmer continuing education awareness needs to be strengthened,the overall quality of farmers is not high,recessive quality not yet targeted training courses and attention,rural infrastructure facilities and training courses,training and other issues need to be improved.In order to further improve the new occupation quality,improve farmers quality in the occupation,occupation farmer quality problem,put forward to strengthen the scientific and technological quality,enhance the technical level,the optimized cultivation course,farmers cultivate the internalization of quality,increase public financial investment,can provide some suggestions from three angles of the revenue maximizing investment in education of new occupation farmer quality cultivation.Strive to improve the overall quality of China's new professional farmers,to meet the needs of the new era of agricultural development,accelerate the pace of building a new socialist countryside.
