With the development and innovation of education,Educational ecology as a new subject is studied by many scholars.Therefore,It is an important way to study classroom teaching with the ecological and ideological method.The primary school English classroom teaching as the ecological education of the micro field,is still at the preliminary stage of development in theoretical and practical study.Based on the ecological thoughts and methods,this thesis discusses the primary school English ecological classroom teaching.This thesis adopts literature method,classroom observation and interview method to study primary school English ecological classroom teaching in two angles.In the theoretical side,the thesis discusses about the connotation,feature and function of the primary school English ecological classroom teaching.In the practical side,this thesis analyzes the existing situation of primary school English ecological classroom teaching and analyzes the reasons of causing the non-ecological phenomenon.Based on these,this paper puts forward some strategies for the optimization of the ecological classroom teaching of primary school English.It can provide reference for the development of English teaching activities.The whole thesis includes four parts.The first part expounds the background,purpose as well as significance of the thesis.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation,and reviews the research methods,related concepts and methods of research as well as the innovative and insufficient points.In the second part,the thesis discusses the analysis from the theoretical and practical levels of the primary school English ecological classroom teaching.It shows the theoretical basis of English ecological teaching and discusses about the four basic features and functions of the primary school English ecological teaching detailedly.In the third part,I adopts literature method,classroom observation and interview method to do some research about the current situation of English ecological classroom teaching in primary schools,and find out some non-ecological phenomena in the sides of teaching environment,teaching concept,teaching evaluation and teaching management.There is an analysis of the non-ecological phenomena of English teaching in primary school,based on the results of the research.In the last part,based on the theoretical and practical analysis of primary school English ecological classroom teaching,the thesis puts forward five principles of primary school English ecological classroom teaching.At the same time,the thesis purposes the optimizing strategies about teaching idea,teaching environment,teaching evaluation and teaching management.
