Compulsory education Chinese course standards(2011 edition)points out: “the Chinese course is a comprehensive and practical course to study the use of language.The Chinese course of compulsory education should enable students to learn the initial use of the language,absorb ancient and modern culture,improve the ideological and cultural cultivation,and promote their own spiritual growth.”Emphasis on the practicality of Chinese course,we should pay attention to the arrangement and use of the Chinese textbook practice system.The new Chinese course standards also requires:“enrich the accumulation of language,cultivate a sense of language,develop thinking.” The Unit exercises Reading and Reciting section in primary Chinese textbook of Jiangsu Education Version is not only an important form of exercise,but also an important source and channels of students' language accumulation.Therefore,the research value of this section should not be underestimated.In this paper,by analyzing the Reading and Reciting section from the view of selection and content,to understand its importance and the selected features,find its gains and losses.Finally,combining with the cognitive development of primary school student,put forward some thoughts and suggestions for the selection and use of this section.The introduction of this paper consists of research origin,research significance,research methods,research objects and scale.The first chapter is mainly focused on the function and value of the Reading and Reciting section in the whole Unit exercise.Firstly,introduce the composition of the textbook Unit exercises,so as to analyze the importance of the Reading and Reciting section in it.And then according to the relevant education and teaching theory to determine its functions and value in the exercise.The second chapter is focused on the analysis of the current situation of Reading and Reciting section.In the selection,divided into three period and combed the layout present situation of the sector.In terms of content,all the contents are classified and counted,focus on the analysis of idioms,ancient poetry.The third chapter puts forward some suggestion in selection and use for the Unit exercises Reading and Reciting section in primary Chinese textbook of Jiangsu Education Version,hoping to provide some valuable reference to the compilation of primary Chinese textbooks and primary Chinese teaching.
