In the 21 st century,the quality of education has become the fundamental problem of higher education,and has become a hot issue of social attention and social attention.The higher education and social economy in China should not only coordinate development,but also form a certain interaction mechanism,the higher education and social economy are closely integrated,the quality of higher education is the core issue of the development of higher education.Private colleges have made great contributions to improve the quality of higher education,so the internal control of private colleges and universities is to be solved.At present,the trend of private colleges and universities is more and more important,but most of the private colleges and universities in China are not sound internal control system and internal communication,these problems directly lead to the implementation of private colleges and universities,communication impeded information retention,low efficiency and other related chain reaction.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the internal control system of private colleges and improve the importance of private colleges and universities to the internal control,which is of great significance to improve the internal management.According to this phenomenon,the author analyzes the situation and problems of the private colleges from five aspects of internal control,taking LY college as an example,analyzes the situation of internal control,and puts forward a series of measures and methods to improve the internal control system.
