Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Self-organized Sports Communities In Jinzhou

The production and development of self-organized sports communities(SOSC)have notonly been affected by the changes in people's needs of sports,but also by the changes in the functions of government and market supply and demand imbalance and so on.With the growing of SOSC,Chinese grass-roots sports business has gradually get a comprehensive development.This is not only the development of the cause of sports in Chinese overall sports has played a good role in promoting,but also to the masses of the sports needs have been met.After the successful hosting of the Olympic Games in China,by the changing economic environment,the national fitness has been getting people's attention.This paper investigation and research on the current situation of self-organized sports communities in Jinzhou city,and analyzes the problems and causes of the development of self-organized sports communities in Jinzhou city,and seeking the development countermeasures of self-organized sports communities in Jinzhou city,which is very important to enrich the sports and cultural life of Jinzhou people Influence the role,but also to promote the overall social and economic development of Jinzhou city at the same time.This paper use literature,normative research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking the development strategy of SOSC in Jinzhou as the research object,taking members of ten self-organized sports communities in Jinzhou city as the research object,describing the types and quantity distribution responsible persons,participants,activities,activities venues and social instructors of self-organized sports communities in Jinzhou city,and on this basis,analyzes the problems and causes of the development of SOSC in Jinzhou city.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of SOS in Jinzhou city.According to the survey,it is found that there are the following problems in the development of self-organized sports communities in Jinzhou city: there are lack of government support,and lack of policies and regulations;there are limitations of government management mechanism;self-organizing sports association management system is imperfect;self-organized sports communities lack of stable sources of funds;self-organized sports communities lack of professional personnel and activities venues.Through the in-depth analysis,summarized the reasons for the above problems:inadequate management of government departments;sports societies of the laws and regulations targeted not enough;lack of social support for regional economic development;self-organized sports communities within the management is not perfect,it's own sports resources are limited and so on.In order to solve the above problems and causes,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the development of SOSC in Jinzhou city: perfecting the regulations and policies of Jinzhou city's self-organized sports communities;optimizing the institutional mechanisms for the development of Jinzhou city's self-organized sports communities;enhancing the self-development of Jinzhou city 's self-organized sports community.
