I investigated the problem of sport skill in P.E. class in the Junior Schools of Jinzhou by using the ways of making questionnaire, studying the material of document, having an informal discussion, making mathematical statistics. The result is that, the leader didn't think highly of it, the teachers'level of understanding was backward, the content of technology in teaching material was low that students didn't like it, the time of doing sport was limited and teaching method was simplistic, teaching form was also short of guiding. Be aimed at solving these problems, I raised the following ways, school leaders and teachers should change their modes of thought, deepen their understanding the government should strengthen teacher's troops, increase funds for teaching, choose carefully and develop the content of sport skill, reform teaching material and teaching method. By doing all above, we can make the course of organizing teaching activity be easy and manipulate.
