Education,teacher for Ben;Teacher literacy,scientific research.In the 21 st century,teachers in the region have been trying to keep up with the pace of the education comprehensive reform in order to keep pace with the reform of education.Instead is that some teachers because of their guiding ideology,theory of cognition and operation mode,as well as insufficient,so in the process of education scientific research is always difficult,the end result is always not satisfied.The author in view of the junior high school chemistry teachers in the education of ethnic minority areas the problems existing in the research process,with Guizhou province bijie city of qianxi junior high school chemistry teacher as an example,this study first in this paper,the introduction part of the thesis research background,research status at home and abroad and the research significance;The research and design section clarifies the methods of studying the subject and its contents,thoughts and routes,as well as the research methods;Then the present research and analysis part of this paper,the reliability of the questionnaire,and the basic information of the investigation object.And then in turn from teachers' scientific research consciousness,scientific research ethics,scientific knowledge,scientific research ability,scientific spirit,scientific research,and scientific research and external conditions seven dimensions to carry on the statistical analysis of survey data;Aiming at the existing research problems of county teachers,respectively to the individual teacher,school leaders and suggestions by the competent department of education,and then on the need to investigate teachers in training,design training courses;Finally,the deficiency and expectation of this study are summarized in order to provide reference for the local education authorities.
