With the continuous deepening of the reform of basic education,people gradually realized that teachers play a vital role in promoting curriculum reform,training talents and Boxing national education.In recent years,the research on the theory and practice of teacher professional development has become an important field of educational research,but there is little research on the growth and development of non professional teachers.The study of their professional development is of great significance to the development of education and the growth and promotion of non professional teachers.Under this background,the theory of teacher professional development based on the 50 middle school of Urumqi city primary school mathematics teacher Gu teacher as the object of study,using interviews,observation and data analysis,the valley of the teacher taught the development course of three years was reviewed and summarized.From the vertical point of teacher professional development will be divided into 4 stages,namely: entry adaptation period,mature and successful creation of competent period,analysis of each period of the key events important role in promoting teacher professional development in the valley.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the professional development of teachers in the valley,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the professional development of teachers from the horizontal angle,and makes an in?depth analysis of the structure of their professional quality.Based on this,summed up the professional development of teachers and summarizes the valley give us inspiration and thinking,namely: good external environment is non professional teachers' professional development support;firm belief in education and high professional self is the internal force of non professional teachers' professional development;solid professional knowledge and excellent science teaching knowledge is the core non professional teachers' professional development,and hope to provide reference and Enlightenment for the development of mathematics teachers than the future,more and more mathematics teachers help non professional and professional mathematics teachers quickly fill gaps,make it fast smoothly to reach maturity,improve the overall quality of the mathematics teachers.
